5. Third-Party Instructor Courses
5.1 Digitality Academy may host and make available courses created by independent third-party instructors who have been reviewed and approved by Digitality.
5.2 Digitality conducts a general platform-level review of third-party courses. Such review is not an expert, professional, scientific, medical, legal, financial, technical or regulatory audit of every statement, claim, methodology, recommendation or opinion contained in a course.
5.3 The applicable instructor remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, qualifications, intellectual-property rights and professional content of their course.
5.4 Third-party instructors are subject to separate Instructor Terms or an Instructor Agreement with Digitality.

6.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, such content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute individualised medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
6.3 Healthcare-related information should not be treated as a substitute for consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
6.4 Digitality may request professional credentials or qualifications from instructors providing courses in regulated or specialised fields.
6.5 Verification of an instructor’s credentials does not constitute a guarantee that every statement, recommendation, technique or claim contained in that instructor’s course is accurate, complete or suitable for every user.
6.6 Users remain responsible for obtaining professional advice appropriate to their individual circumstances.
7. Certificates
7.1 Certain courses may include a course-completion certificate. Certificates are not automatically provided for every course.
7.2 Where applicable, certificates may be issued by Digitality Academy based on the completion requirements specified for the relevant course.
7.3 A Digitality Academy certificate generally represents completion of the relevant Academy course unless the course expressly states that it carries a specific accreditation, recognition or certification.
7.4 A certificate issued by Digitality Academy does not by itself constitute a government licence, statutory qualification, university degree, regulated professional licence or accreditation by a governmental, university or professional body unless such accreditation or recognition is expressly stated and verifiable.
7.5 Completion of a course or receipt of a certificate does not guarantee employment, promotion, admission, income, business results, examination success, professional licensing or any other particular outcome.

12.5 Digitality may moderate, remove or restrict user-generated content that violates these Terms, applicable law or Platform standards.
13. Reviews and Ratings
13.1 Reviews and ratings should reflect genuine user experiences.
13.2 Users must not submit fake reviews, manipulate ratings, impersonate another person, offer undisclosed incentives for positive reviews, or threaten or harass another person because of a review.
